Poem Twenty-One

The Garden
by: Andrew Marvell
Sometimes it is better to appreciate the smaller things in life. In the poem the author uses visual writing to describe a garden. It can be peaceful, beautiful and is necessary in everyone's life. I agree that something small like a garden can brighten somebody's day.

  1. The picture is beautiful - I can't wait for spring. I do agree that gardens can brighten people's day. But they do have bees, so you have to be careful, Meg. Visual writing with gardens must have a lot of description.
