The Hippopotamus
by: T.S. Eliot
This poem is about the simple life a hippopotamus and how we should live like them. This poem does not rhyme but it flows. It also incorporates a religious twist. It says how we should never be afraid because we will always be supported and we should not really worry about material things.
I like poems that flow, but I don't religion in my poems. It has a good message though.
